Welcome to HC Rentals Hi, I'm Jo Ibbotson and I moved to Spain 'temporarily' 20yrs ago to help my parents re-locate and find their new Spanish home! After falling in love with the Mediterranean climate and relaxed way of life, La Marina soon became my permenant home where I have since lived, worked and raised my young family after meeting my husband here in 2005. I have combined my in depth knowledge of the local area and different property types with my experience in sales and customer services to offer a bespoke service as a Property Rental Agent to help people find their ideal Long-term rental or Holiday let that not only suits their requirements but their budget as well. Our adept Property Management means we are able to take good care of your property for you, dealing with all enquiries, taking payments, dealing directly with the tenants/guests and use only trusted and qualified tradesmen to deal with any maintenance that may be required. I can offer advice on the best places to visit and things to do wether that be Costa Blanca beaches, golf courses, amusement parks, cultural experiences, shopping or local bars and restuarants.
